The board of directors of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, an increase from $0.37 per share.
The company has increased its quarterly dividend in each of the last five years, and with the increase to $0.40 per share the company has doubled its quarterly common stock dividend since 2003.
The dividend is payable June 14, 2008, to shareholders of record as of the close of business June 2, 2008.
