MDA customer upgrades to RADARSAT-2

MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSX: MDA), a provider of essential information solutions, announced today that it has been contracted to upgrade another remote sensing ground system for a confidential customer to receive and process RADARSAT-2 data and has renewed the annual data supply agreement at a significantly enhanced value representing the increased RADARSAT-2 functionality. The initial value of the upgrade is about $2.5M CAD.
